我国企业信息化人力资源管理研究

摘要信息社会的基本特点决定了全球化、数字化和资本市场的高度流动性,这些构成了当今企业的成长环境。信息社会中,信息经济表现出明显的规模经济、范围经济、联结经济以及成长经济效应。所有这些对传统意义上的企业管理理论提出了新的挑战,从企业增长方式的变革到新的组织形态的出现,而作为企业管理重要组成部分的人力资源管理也必然要适应这种变革。信息化人力资源管理(e-HR),作为人力资源管理信息化发展的最新阶段,极大的丰富了人力资源管理理论,拓宽了人力资源管理的研究领域,推动了企业管理的进步。而调查表明,中国企业在运用e-HR方面存在不少问题,很多企业对e-HR的认识和应用还停留在初步阶段。正是基于e-HR作为人力资源管理的新模式,在企业界和理论界受到越来越多的关注,以及当前我国企业e-HR项目实施状况不太理想的情况下,提出了该研究课题。本研究结合已有的理论研究成果和实践成果,首先对企业实施e-HR项目的必要性进行了详细而又全面的分析;然后,对我国企业e-HR的实施现状及实施过程中暴露出来的问题进行了研究;最后,从企业实施e-HR项目的宏观环境和e-HR项目自身的科学规划两个层面提出了企业有效实施e-HR的思路和对策。本研究论文共分为五大部分,第一部分是绪论,主要介绍本研究的意义、目的、内容、方法等;第二部分是文献述评;第三部分是从信息化和现代人力资源管理的相互关系来论证企业实施e-HR的必要性和重要性;第四部分是我国企业e-HR的实施现状及实施过程中暴露出来的问题;第五部分是我国企业有效实施e-HR的思路和对策;最后是研究结论与展望以及致谢。关键词:信息化人力资源管理,问题,宏观环境,系统规划BSTRACTThe basic characteristics of the information society decided a high degree ofmobility of globalization,digitalization and the capital market,which constitute theenvironment for the growth of businesses today.Information economy shows effects ofeconomies of scale,the scope of the economy,linking economy and economic growthin information society,and all of which has brought new challenges in the traditionalsense of business management theory,from changes in corporate growth to a new formof the emergence of organizations.As an important part of enterprise management,human resources management must also adapt to this change.Electronic humanresources(e-HR),as the latest phase of human resource management informationsystem,greatly enrich the human resource management theory,broad the areas ofhuman resources management,and promote the progress of the enterprise management.The survey found that Chinese enterprises exposed a number of problems in theuse of e-HR.Many enterprises remained at the initial stage on the understanding andapplication of e-HR.More and more attention from theoretical circles and the corporateworld to a new mode of human resources management,as well as implementation statusof less than ideal circumstances of e-HR project in Chinese enterprises,we proposedthis topic.Combined with the existing theoretical research results and practical results,this study analyzed the necessity of e-HR project for the enterprises comprehensivelyfirstly.And then,studied the problem exposed in the implementation of e-HR.Finally,put forward the effective ideas and measures for implementation of e-HR,frommacro-environment of the implementation of e-HR and scientific planning of e-HRproject itself.In this study,there are five major components.The first part is the introduction onthe purpose,contents,methods,etc.The second part is the Literature Review.The thirdpart is to prove the necessity and importance of the implementation of e-HR fromrelationship between the information technology and modern human resourcesmanagement.The fourth part is about the problem exposed in the implementation ofe-HR.The fifth part put forward the effective ideas and measures for implementation ofe-HR,from macro-environment of the implementation of e-HR and scientific planning is research findings and prospects,as well asthanks.Keywords:Electronic-Human
